Cooking & learning is cool with ShaVonne & Edible Endeavors, where we encourage young aspiring cooks to learn in classes designed especially for them. If your child is gastronomically inclined and looking for a fun, creative outlet, share the joy of cooking with them. In some classes even the adults join in the fun for a unique bonding experience. In addition to learning age-appropriate cooking skills, kids and teens will develop important life skills such as working as a team, applying math and science, and developing creativity through cooking. Open up a whole new world for your child as they pursue their passion for cooking under the guidance of our skilled instructors.

Even at a party, kids can learn valuable life lessons. Observing how yeast is activated and its rising action is a science experiment kids will never forget. “Parenting” their own vegetable and/or herb garden is a life-changing challenge that many children NEVER forget! “Green” living, measuring skills, reading skills and math skills – all are brought into play in our many action-packed workshops. The kids won’t even realize they are learning as they get creative making, shaping and cultivating their very own creations. And the best part – eating their very own creation!

More importantly, kids learn how to work in teams and in shifts; read and follow a recipe, properly measure ingredients, and follow the basic rules for maximum enjoyment, kitchen safety and sanitation – all valuable skills to last a lifetime
